The Nut – 45° Flare Fitting Series is manufactured from extruded CLA-360 brass and is designed for systems using flared tubing. Its function is to securely retain the tube to the fitting body, ensuring mechanical stability and efficient sealing.It is recommended for applications in engines, mobile equipment, air compressors, oil burners, locomotives, refrigeration systems, air conditioning, LPG gas and marine industries, especially installations requiring periodic tubing disassembly. Suitable for copper, brass, aluminum, Bundy and annealed steel tubing, the fitting requires tube-end flaring for proper assembly.
