The Union Elbow – 45° Flare Fitting Series is manufactured from forged CLA-377 brass and is used to change the direction of the tubing while maintaining secure sealing in systems using flared tubing. Its forged construction provides increased mechanical strength and durability. It is suitable for engines, mobile equipment, air compressors, oil burners, locomotives, refrigeration, air conditioning, LPG gas and marine applications.
It requires tube-end flaring and is compatible with copper, brass, aluminum, Bundy and annealed steel tubing.
