The union (with insert) is designed for inline connection between two inch-size tubes, allowing quick splicing without the need for tools. The internal metal insert distributes the clamping force along the tube, preventing deformation and increasing pull-out resistance, especially in circuits subject to continuous vibration.It is widely used in compressed air networks, maintenance of road implements, and industrial pneumatic lines where frequent disassembly is required without loss of performance. Compatible with PA nylon, PU, annealed copper, and soft aluminum tubing.
